Cleanup of the Settings form, monospace font

- Visually cleaned up the map control on the Settings form, and made it resizable.
- It is now possible to drag the map with left mouse button.
- Added zoom slider to the map.
- Added search to the map (address or lat, long).
- Changed main form's font to Consolas so that it looks like terminal.
